Awwww congrats! I started knitting a blanket when I found out I was pregnant as well, and sadly, not only do I not know how to -end- the blanket, I still havent attempted to learn..

I feel for ya though going through the majority of it during summer..

casting off is very easy you knit two stitches and then pull the first one you knitted up over the second stitch and off the needle then knit another and pull the 2nd over and off keep doing this and never having more then 2 stitches on your working needle and always pull the stitch that is furthest away from the needle point up and over the other one. Heres someone showing you how to do it

I'll probably get my mum to help me doing that bit, been years since I last tried knitting anything and already got some drop stitches.
I've not had any morning sickness though Yay! But sore nipples and find it uncomfortable sleeping on my side because of the size of these melons, the thought of them getting bigger isn't fun.
If I get any scan pictures I'll try and post them up here.

As for summer, my son was born in September too but at least you can wear loose dresses etc, just hope my ankles don't swell too much. hehe.
