| Dragon in disguise   | Chris was one of the first I encountered as I joined and got to know the Darkcloaks. He was part of the family, the family that for a long time kept me happy, sane and content - dealt and suffered my tempers - and yet still was there at the end of the day. Despite the differences, Chris was there with advice and support. Even in face of adversity and my worst tantrums he was even-handed and friendly. Many disasters were averted because of his kind heart. I remember the times we met up at the meets and chatted, and it was like no time had passed since the last time. Our world has lost one of the good guys. Farewell, Chris, ... you will be missed.

| Sorry to hear this news, he was a major part of both these boards and the Europa roleplaying community. I met him a couple of times at meets and he was always charming and wise. Condolences to those close to him. | ||

| Dear lord, I am so sad to hear this. Been a while since I booted a copmuter for more than 5 mins, or come to this forum, but in the good old days I could never have imagined this to happen. He was one of the best, everyone who knew him will agree. Can"t say I met him more than once in RL, but he was omnipresent on the forums and the boards. Not much needed to say, all his friends will sorelz miss him. I can"t stop crying, and I have not even talked to him in literallzy years. All the best to his family, will definately buy the next Hamilto book. Life is too short, and the best seem to die young. Speechless. // Lysana | ||

| Fear the Mantis, Unregistered!  | Sad news indeed, this was not something I had hoped to hear. From meeting him IRL as well as UO, he was a top guy and great to be around. An unfortunate loss. My condolences and best regards to his family and close friends. You will be sorely missed, Laton. May you be free from trouble.

| I didn't know Laton more than a few chats but still it is sad that he passed away... It feels a little bit wierd when someone I have spoken with just isn't in this world anymore... My thoughts goes to Chris family and friends. R.I.P.
