| Sad news I'd long hoped that I would never have to write this post. Most of you will have varying levels of familiarity with Chris Turner, known to most as Laton or Choma. For just over a year, Chris has been struggling to beat a rare form of Lymphoma, which has taken him through seemingly endless bouts of chemotherapy, countless drugs and more recently a stem cell transplant. Just before Christmas, the doctors discovered that the Lymphoma had returned and that there would be nothing more that they could do for him. Its my sad duty to tell you all that Chris passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of saturday morning (19th January). He will be very sorely missed by many of us.

| Oh my god. Quality chap, only had the pleasure of meeting him in real life once, but he'll be missed. Wow, he was a young chap.

 | Extremely hard to know what to say and hoped i'd never have to read a post like this. Top quality guy and none who got to know him could ever disagree. Absolutely gutted to hear this.......Rest in peace my friend always to be remembered.

| my thoughts are with his family... Only met him once in RL myself, nice bloke Star x Just to add one thing: I lite a candle and left a pray at Canterbury cathedral for Chris and his family. x x x

| That's very sad news, i never met him irl but i knew and role played with his characters in game. RIP.

| No, that's someone else. Chris's characters were Choma, Laton, Ione, Athene

| Met Choma/Laton a few times in RL and played with him quite abit a few years back when i was in DCL. Choma was a class bloke and will be deeply missed, deepest regards to his family and all the best. You'll always be remered bud.
