The job I hated is gone! Yes they are not renewing my contract which means I am now forced to search for a new job! Seems to be fates way of showing me to get something else! Hopefully a blessing in disguise!  | ||||||||

Sorry if I offended anyone with my post, I would have found the picture equally amusing if it had been a bunch of male rights activists (do they actually exist?) with a woman at the back holding a sign with ?Go club me some meat for dinner bitch!? or some such slogan. The fact that this forum is a ladies forum added a little more excitement, maybe a little too much. Some of those cat pictures were great! Gonna have to use them myself.

I laughed at the picture, mainly for the irony. (oh ho!) I won a new dvd player at work. Imagine that eh. Now I can give back the good one I took when I left my husband. :P They said also they're in the process of trying to hire someone to fill my position so I could change shifts to something more normal. YAY! |

Aha! I was told it would be a bit as they had to hire someone for my position BUT! A first shift girl (7am-3pm) wants my shift (11pm-7am) aaaaaand SO in about a week we are getting switched!!! I thought Id have to do the 3-11pm shift, but apparently Im getting first shift right off the backkk! Yay for normal sleeeping! *dances* |
