It's Friday evening.... WEEEEEE!!! And finally got kingdom reborn to work on my pc after hours of fiddling with the graphics card settings!

I joined the gym today. Yay! Got this deal of 6 weeks for £18 so now I just need to stick at it. Felt real good this morning though and it got quite quiet after 10 mins of us (my mum and me) getting there so we had the equipment pretty much to ourselves bar 3/4 other people. Hopefully I can drop down to my old dress size and get back into some of my old clothes.

I'm going to Sheffield for a fab girlie weekend with Vicky and Katie tomorrow. We're going shopping at Meadowhall and then to see CHICAGO at the theatre, wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a job interview tomorrow and the water is back on, kinda.. can't use it to drink or wash dishes or things like that. But it's getting there.

I got the job!! Going to do 12 weeks temp contract first and then put on permanent just to make sure I like it.
Not worked for 3 years so this is quite a step for me again. Means we have to put off planning for a baby for at least about 7 months or so but at least now we'll be able to afford it properly.

YAY Congrats! You will love it for sure! When I went back to work 3 years ago was really a breath of fresh air from looking after kids the whole day.

Congratulations! In the same boat as you really, no real work for 3 years and a job interview same day as you too *grins*

I just don't find out if I got mine for another couple of weeks.

Been really tired after work and my feet have been killing me. I need to get some new shoes. Still everyone has been nice and the time goes past fairly quick at times. Only crap thing now is its my boyfriend's and mine birthdays in the next couple of days, well his tomorrow and mine on Sunday and I need to be careful with my money because I don't get paid till next month. I'd love to take us both out for a meal at the end of the month but not sure I'll be able to afford it even then.
Funny thing is I'm now the one with all the money as my boyfriend had to sign off the dole as he's now moved in with me properly. He's been really good about it though and with looking after Mikey too.
