My thanks for passing on the message from this jester regarding his grandmother and the gargoyles. I regret to say that, as you are aware, coping with the situation in Magincia is taking up all available resources, and nothing definite can be promised for the gargoyles at this time. I myself am still at constant meetings and consultations in Britain, though I hope to escape for at least part of this weekend. I may be able to spare a few minutes to talk to this woman, though I doubt that my presence will be especially beneficial and I fail to understand why she would be unwilling to pass a message via anyone else.

With regard to your suggestion of a bonus and extra time off for those who have given support in Magincia, I had already had a similar thought myself. Certainly you and the others deserve recognition of your work, which has gone far above and beyond the call of duty.
