I actually omitted it from the list deliberately.

Kimi doesn't consider the lease of the healers to be a trade, per se. Although the lease technically goes through her, it's not a building she'd lease to the highest bidder, and hope they do well for themselves.
Your lease of the building is not contested, or anything of the sort. All its omission means is that if/when you give up the healers, it won't be listed as an available lease.

I have better records, which include the healers, and every other building in Trinsic. That's a lot of N/A's...
It has bolding, italicising, and colour coding.
Brief though it may be, this is much nicer
