Weapon: Crossbow Accused of: Spying, assault on guards, perverting the course of justice, resisting arrest. Description: Found hiding in the bushes spying on a crime investigation and questioning of a witness. When flushed out of hiding and told to leave refused to move on despite several requests and warnings. Refused to give her name or any other information. The Vesperian Tavernkeeper of the Swaggers Called Tammy is hereby banned from the City of Trinsic for seven days until the 27th of November. She got this ban for her dirty and insulting manners and her attitude to the local guards and citizens. Hopefully she will use this time to learn to think before speaking and return to Trinsic with better manners If she is seen before this date in town she is sentenced for one hour at the stocks and then thrown out of town again. I asked him several times to disarm and show his face but he did not move or speek until the man in the green shroud come up carrying a mace wich he thretened me with. I asked both to disarm but they only sneered and in the end atacked me. I was quickly beeten and left lying on the ground and they went of I think out of town. I think the man in red armer with the crosbow was the same one as at the gate the day befor who refused to disarm and then run of after shooting at me.

Just after I come round 2 Covians a man and a woman come past the man is caled Hoagie I don?t now the other they tried to help Iljian but he fell and both the Covians to they draged the Covian woman away but did not try to take any of the rest of us I herd one of the necromancy peple saying that 1 was enogh. About James Goldeye: I arested James Goldeye on Friday 8th Dec with help from Felix and Charlotte of the Marksmen. We got him to the jail and I took his wepons and put them on the shelf then shakled his leg to the chair so he cood not run away. He refused to co operate and wood only give his own name and not say any more. As I was on my own and Ivan come in with a report about posible Yewmen wich I neded to check out I desided to give James bail of 2000 gold wich he said he cood pay at the bank. So I unshakled him but he had a maul straped to his leg wich I had not seen and managed to nock me out with a blow to the head when I turned to go out of the jail to go to the bank. He is not very good with his wepon if he had not hit me on the head ferst I would esily have got him down but I was not alert so it was my falt and I will acept any punishment due for it.
