While performing a patrol at the moongate. I came upon what appeared to be a ritual similar to the one performed by the undead earlier this year. There was rotting meat(probably humanoid), hides, the weapons of fallen soldiers, and bones thown around the moongate in a circle. There was no sign of walking undead. I am not sure if the ritual had been completed or if my patrol somehow interrupted its completion. I cleaned the area up as well as I could and since the bodies were to mutilated to identify I buried the remains together in an unmarked grave west of the moongate.

Today while posted at the west gate, Iljian, Kaelyn and I were attacked by a group of three undead. Although the undead were eventually subdued, nothing was discovered of their future plans. This follow-up is just being written to document the increased activity.
