Description of what happened: Woman entered and left town repetitively, displaying supicious behaviour in the process. Tried to avoid the presence of guards, refused to answer questions, refused to be searched. When asked to leave town, claimed to want my uniform. We drove her out into the woods after a short fight and she fled.

Description of what happened: Attacked citizens and guards disguised as an undead, supported by Kiran and an unknown man. Was broken out of jail by his two companions. Together they tried to kidnap Captain Dawn and Kaelyn to Vesper.

Penance set by Iljian on the 22nd day of June: Van will fashion copies of the book: Virtue, by Lord British and spend several nights in town to distribute them to citizens. A few copies will be retained by the Duchy to lay out in cells.

In addition, Van will make a public apology in the Trinsic Rose tavern during the normal opening ours. Said apology will also be places around messageboards around Trinsic for the citizens of the Duchy to read.

Keep detained until judgement by Duke Irvyn. Should prisoners complain of boredom provide them with a place on the stocks for fresh air, pleasant conversation and rotten eggs.

Description of what happened:
Dexius approached the town after having haunted Vesper earlier in the night. he immediately began to banter with the orc that is looking for a clan around Trinsic lately and furthermore sprouted his intend to kill the assembled citizens. The orc talking back to him kept him occupied and Stewan could ring the town bell, summoning two more citizens to the aid of the guards.

With Dexius being known as an especially dangerous and ruthless brigand, he was attacked immediately after he declared his intend to not leave peacefully. Seemingly surprised by this, he was overwhelmed quickly by the combined efforts of citizens and guards and detained in cell 3.

Description of what happened:
Antar is suspected to have summoned a potentially malicious wood spirit which resulted in the possible death of several citizens in Trinsic as well as the severe disruption of the city's water supplies and the resulting losses in health, gold and labour that ensued.

Cell 3 - Seamus Tavish

Further course of action:
Keep detained until sentence has been decided by Duke Irvyn Middlethorn.

Description of events:
Seamus Tavish, landowner and herder from Minoc, is charged with the murder of Malvin the miner, also from Minoc. Out of hatred and jealousy for Malvin's relationship to Laura, Seamus entered the Rusty Anchor Tavern in eastern Trinsic and gained access to the chamber rented by the couple. An argument ensued during which Laura ran out to find help from the guards.

In the meantime, the argument between Malvin and Seamus continued until Seamus drew his sword and stabbed Malvin several times, supposedly in self-defense, inflicting injuries that led to the death of Malvin. Against the claim of self-defense speak the facts that Malvin was an inexperienced fighter, while Seamus has considerable skill with the weapon. Furthermore, the victim did not have time to properly draw his sword, thus posing no real thread for Seamus. Lastly, the act of self-defense against a man that does not even have his sword drawn does not cover the infliction of several severe wounds leading to the certain death of the victim.

When I arrived at the scene, Seamus stood still over the corpse with the weapon in hand. He was obviously enraged, had been drinking severely after the deed and uttered various threads against both Laura and me.

Further course of action:
Put on the stocks for a few hours for the crime of breaching the peace and assault on a guard.

Description of events:
In the aftermath of a brawl in between Malice and Maylene I banned Malice from the town for two days. Like all drow she failed to grasp the idea of an easy and short-term solution and tried to think with her sword instead, which helped not much more than thinking with her brain. Stewan helped to take her down and after searching her and putting her in a cell she wanted to rest the night before going out on stocks.

Description of what happened: After an attack on Kimi by an unidentified woman, tracks led to this woman seen kneeling next to the corpse of a man that had fallen victim to what must be assumed as a vampire. She fled immediately, the tracks leading to the swamps north of New Paws. This woman might be capable of disguising herself or using other magical or unnatural means of violence or stealth.

Description of what happened: Shortly after His Grace left the meeting with the one Kendra, Myself,Cal and Trevor were at west gate when Kendra returned to stand just off the gate, then to walk in slightly.I asked her about her spellbook and she informed me she had not yet removed the spells his grace had asked. I asked her to remove herself and she took one step off the stone.When i informed her that was still in the town she argued, when i asked her to remove herself again explaining the boundaries of the town, she continued to argue and threaten if i tried to remove her she would just go into town. When i gave her her final warning she started to cast a spell (later i was to learn it was telaport, however at the time i had no idea what she was casting, and she did telaport into town anyway), i engaged her firing an arrow. She did escape into the town before i could catch her, i engaged her another time later when she came back but failed to catch her.

She showed a complete disregard for the Dukes order, The Duchy guard, and disdain for Trinsic authority in general.


Suggested punishment: A fine of 1000 gold pieces and one hour on the stocks.

As a result of her recent actions, and past actions on record, the drow Vierna is to be considered banned from Duchy lands.
In addition, all known drow associates of hers are included, under the same ban.

Her most recent crimes include kidnapping of a child (Caitlyn), plus several minor additional charges, on the same night.
In addition there are a number of charges on record, that suggest an absence of respect for the laws of the land, both written and cultural.

Should she be found within duchy lands, guards are to make every attempt to uphold the ban, by force if necessary. The same should be held true for the others included in this ban.
