After the meeting yesterday I thought I should draw a sketch of my idea for the stall at the Cove Market next week. This is an example of what it may look like, please state any required adjustments so I can perfect the design before the market. Also, the colours were just what I had to hand, please provide me with the coloured dye you prefer.

I also have constructed and engraved a specimen wooden box for your inspection before I complete the 10 you require.

Excellent, you've done exactly as i was thinking, good work.
I'll contact the Market organiser in Cove to find out just how much space we will be permitted to take, then you'll be able to work around that.
As for the colours, i'm really not sure what colour to have, we've never really had company colours as such, the guards wear blue and red, but i'd rather the Merchant side of the company used different colours, i'll have to ask around.

After your approved inspection of the wooden box I have now completed your order and they are available for when I next see you.

May I suggest that one of the colours used be that of Oak. Although not used that much it carries a wonderful colour and the wood itself signifies strength and quality.
