Well, i had a mate with the same problem and he said just to keep phoning up untill you get someone smart enough and that can actually speak english ( no offence to those that dont speak english). So after 3 different people, one of which had to transfer me to a forth because he couldnt understand me, because he cant speak english!!! Anyway, the forth lady was very nice and helpful and from Wednesday ill have a phoneline then getting tiscaly broadband, everything for under £15 a month!

Well today was the day i was supposed to see my new PC, however i am still pc-less.
I phoned Mesh on Monday last week, they said i might have it by Friday, i phoned them on Friday they said i would have it on Monday, and so i took today off work since there was nothing going on. Alas a day wasted, so i phoned today and they tell me it's not even been dispatched yet and that i will have it Wednesday.
I really wish i had googled Mesh first, there seems to be a lot of complaints about them.
So I may be back on Wednesday (in time for the market hopefully).
