Post What is Justice? (Contest)

Posted to uo.com's BNN news site:

What is Justice?

The Trial of Ricardo brings this question very much to mind. Is he guilty? Is he innocent? What does the law really say, and is the law itself just? We?d like to hear the thoughts of the citizens of Sosaria on the virtue of Justice - and offer a unique opportunity for one just (and articulate) soul to share his or her words.

Send in your thoughts on this virtue (as it relates to Ultima Online - no real-world politics, please!) in 500 words or less, to community@uo.com with a subject line of "Justice". Entries will be accepted until 6pm PST, Friday, December 15th. We will choose a winning essay and immortalize it as an in-game book. Winners will be chosen on the basis of clarity, logic, and insight into the nature of the virtue of Justice in Ultima Online. Please send your entry in-line (not as an attachment) with the following info:

Real Name:
Account Name:
Handle: (this will be used as the "author" line in the book if you win - please do not use your full legal name as your handle, for privacy reasons.)

Winners will be announced by the end of 2006. The winning entries will be posted on the website as well as created as books within the game
