An agreement of peace has now been signed between the City of Trinsic and the Republic of Vesper. A full report* is available for those interested.

The complete text may be viewed in the Trinsic Records Office on request.

Normal commerce between the cities shall be resumed as soon as possible. With immediate effect, Vesperians are no longer banned from Trinsic. However, whilst in Trinsic they remain subject to the Trinsic laws, just as Trinsicians shall be subject to Vesper’s laws when in Vesper.

My thanks go to Lord Ikus and Lady Kimi who initiated the diplomatic process and carried through the talks which brought about this agreement. Without them, this treaty, which benefits the peoples of both Trinsic and Vesper, would not have been achieved.

I urge all to support this treaty and embrace the present peace which it brings, and the future prosperity which it promises.
