House Up For Grabs
The house that was once Jackal & Lisa's is up for sale. Anyone who's interested, I'd gladly offer it up for 200500gp (house value). ICly, they would've abandoned it though, so if anyone is interested and thinks the price is ok, then they can assume that they just claimed if for themselves. Failing that, the house will soon be condemned, and shortly afterwards I shall demolish it if no one wants it, but I thought I'd offer the spot to a VTC member first!

Maybe not, but I thought I'd offer it to VTC members first before demolishing it.
