 |  About the (In)famous Neonhair Recently, there have been raised some questions about neon-hair in VTC I don't blame any members, as I should have written it on the board ages ago - Instead of thinking about it. Neon hair - Don't belong in RP-areas and most players with neon hang around the Banks ect.. People who already have it, won't be dealth with However, I would strongly suggest, that they keep theire bloodi neon colours of theire Veeties
